These Terms of Use govern your use of the Kiadja mobile application (the "App"), developed and published by Studio AP, a company registered in France. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Purpose of the App

Kiadja is a mobile app that offers social party games and wellness experiences. The App may offer free and paid content.

2. Access to the App

The App is available for download via the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and for restricting access to it.

3. Intellectual Property

All elements of the App (designs, games, graphics, texts, names, logos) are the exclusive property of Studio AP or used with permission.Any reproduction, modification, or distribution is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

4. Purchases and Subscriptions

Some features of Kiadja may require payment (one-time or subscription-based).

  • All purchases are processed via the App Store or Google Play Store.
  • Prices and billing are managed by the platform and subject to its terms.
  • You may cancel a subscription at any time via your store account settings.
  • No refunds are handled by Studio AP. Refer to the App Store / Google Play refund policy.

No payment data is collected or stored by Studio AP.

5. Availability & Updates

We strive to maintain and improve the App. However, the App may be modified, updated, or temporarily unavailable at any time without prior notice.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use the App:

  • For illegal or unauthorized purposes
  • To harm or harass others
  • To interfere with the normal operation of the App

7. Liability

Studio AP shall not be liable for:

  • Direct or indirect damages related to the use of the App
  • Interruptions, bugs, or errors in the App
  • Issues arising from third-party services (Apple/Google)

The App is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.
